About
Capture, processing, modelling and quality control sit in one Swiss team — which is why we can publish a tolerance and a rate card.
ScanCrew is a Swiss scan-to-BIM practice. We put our own crew and our own scanners on site, process the point cloud ourselves, and model the building in Revit or Archicad — so nobody in the chain has to explain someone else's data.
That structure exists for one reason: an as-built model is only worth what its worst handoff allows. Keeping capture, processing, modelling and quality control under one roof is how we can put a tolerance figure and a rate card in public and stand behind both.

How we work
W-01
An attractive 3D model is not the deliverable. Professional BIM needs accurate geometry, a structure that survives import, correct classifications, and information matched to what the model is actually for. Every project runs against defined quality standards and project-specific LOG and LOI requirements — and through three named reviews before anything is released.
W-02
Capture, point-cloud processing, modelling and quality control sit with the same people. An as-built model is only worth what its weakest handoff allows, and removing the handoffs is what lets us publish a tolerance figure and a rate card in the open and stand behind both.
W-03
Most of the buildings Switzerland will use in 2050 are already standing, and almost none of them are documented as data. Turning that stock into reliable digital models is the part of construction digitisation we work on — one building at a time, at a stated tolerance.

What we do
Each service stands on its own and hands a finished, checked deliverable to the next. Nothing has to be re-measured between them.
Terrestrial laser scanning and drone survey of existing buildings, delivered as a registered, georeferenced point cloud you can measure against.
Point clouds converted into structured BIM models in Revit or Archicad — modelled to your LOG and LOI, checked, and exported to IFC.
A complete digital survey of an existing building — geometry, levels, openings and areas — as the reliable basis for renovation, permits and valuation.
Accurate floor plans, sections, elevations and area calculations, drawn from measured building data rather than redrawn from an old plan set.

Area, target LOD and a rough timeline are enough for a scoped quote with rates, deliverables and dates.
