Services

Scan-to-BIM services, end to end

Capture, point-cloud processing, BIM production and drawing output run inside one Swiss team. Commission the whole chain, or enter it at the stage where your project actually needs help.

What we do

Four services. One continuous chain.

Each service stands on its own and hands a finished, checked deliverable to the next. Nothing has to be re-measured between them.

  • 3D Laser Scanning

Terrestrial laser scanning and drone survey of existing buildings, delivered as a registered, georeferenced point cloud you can measure against.

    • Terrestrial LiDAR
    • Drone survey
    • E57 · RCP · RCS
    • ±20 mm

  • BIM Modelling

Point clouds converted into structured BIM models in Revit or Archicad — modelled to your LOG and LOI, checked, and exported to IFC.

    • Revit
    • Archicad
    • IFC · openBIM
    • LOD 200–350

  • Building Survey

A complete digital survey of an existing building — geometry, levels, openings and areas — as the reliable basis for renovation, permits and valuation.

  • As-Built Drawings & Floor Plans

Accurate floor plans, sections, elevations and area calculations, drawn from measured building data rather than redrawn from an old plan set.

The Pipeline

One chain. No handoffs.

Capture, processing, modelling and quality control run inside one team. Brief us once and we hand back a model your project can build on — or start mid-chain and send us your existing point cloud.

  1. Step 1

    Reality Capture

Our own Swiss crew on site with terrestrial laser scanners and drones. Georeferenced, full coverage, and planned around the daily routine of an occupied building.

  2. Step 2

    Point Cloud

Scans are registered and validated, noise is cleaned, and the coordinate system is fixed. What leaves this stage is a dataset you can measure against.

  3. Step 3

    BIM Production

Architectural and structural elements are modelled in Revit or Archicad, aligned directly to the point cloud, to the agreed LOD — not traced from exports.

  4. Step 4

    QA/QC

Three reviews before release: the modeller verifies geometry against the scan, a Senior BIM Modeller runs the technical review, and the Team Lead performs final validation.

  5. Step 5

    Delivery

The native model plus IFC for openBIM workflows, optional 2D drawings, and review snapshots with documentation.

Next step

Tell us about the building.

Area, target LOD and a rough timeline are enough for a scoped quote with rates, deliverables and dates.
